Finally finished the install.. some of the screws for the shroud stayed in the work bench.. there was no way I was going to get some in. The Shroud and box are solid..

I'm confused, how does it help? It doesn't have a ram air effect..... give me a clue....:huh:

Well 2 reasons.. it is less restrictive then the 89 stock air box.

it also gets the cooler air from the front of the car from the same area as the radiator

Whats rubbing on the underside of the hood?

You noticed that huh.. That is from the Breathless Vortex POS Rammer.

I sold it and got the TPiS one which I should have bought in the beginning.. the TPiS one does not look like it will rub. if anything the anchor bolts might but I can change those
