Can anyone recommend any tunners in the NJ, Philadelphia, NYC area.?

This would be for a 2007 C6 Manual. I will also be getting headers, want to see how loud it gets before doing the rest of the exhaust. Also Intake but I don't want to do any cutting on the car. Not sure on the cam yet as I don't want to void the warranty, and tuning. Any suggestions, advice based on past experiences.
