It looks like the Eastwood Copy Cadmium paint to me. I have some parts painted with it and they look good and seem durable. Application of the paint is "technique" sensitive however. It's easy to make it look like crap.

I have a lot of stuff plated the same way @ a local plant. All the gold colored parts on my car are yellow normalized plating. Usually I have stuff replated also as soon as I get them, like motor mounts, tranny mounts, sway bar hardware...that kind of stuff (even brake shields) because the plating they come with is usually very crappy and thin.
that sway bar doesn't look like crap, it's just a little pitted...was probably rusty before plating. Anyway, it sure looks like it's upside down from the angle of the ends. A sure way to bend the frame horns
