Having three generations of vettes I find Sunoco works well in all three of the vehicles, I also find that Pioneer works well to. With the 59 I use a Medium octane and find it works very good. The 59 is a stock vehicle 283 four barrel 230 hp.The 64 I use the highest octane I can get from either company, and then sometimes I will add some booster to it. It is stock also 327/365hp (a bit more after resto.) The 75 I use medium octane, got to remember that was a low year for horse power. It has the 350/205hp. Out of the three vettes they all worked very good with the 59 and 75 using med. octane and as I said before the 64 using the highest octane. So what do you find works best for you?;)

Wow! You can use cheap gas! My compress is almost 11 to 1. So, I run 91 at the least or higher. It's nice to come across 93 octane in the summer.

Med. octane here is around 89-90
High octane from Sunoco is 94 , Pioneer is 93 My 64 is running the same compression as your car is. The 59 and 75 are not high compression vehicles. So I guess we will just have to bring on the summer for you. Patrick up in this neck of the woods there is no such thing as cheap gas.

Stingray, it breaks my heart to look at gas prices, so I just put in the debit card and fill it up. :D

Sunoco 94 or Pioneer 93 works great on my 2002
Airwilf I found that in most cases either gas works fine. It's when you get into this monster motors they probable have a little trouble. Are you a member of the Stoney Creek Club or the Niagara Club? Don't matter, isn't this a great site. ;)

91 (the highest I think) Mobil here. Never tried anything lower in octane in either car.
Does Sunoco not carry Ultra 94 down there? Pioneer up here is a sponsor for the Quad C which a lot of the clubs belong to, so we try to purchase their product. But not being everywhere then I use Sunoco.
