OK what's the secret? How do I keep my C6 6-speed man from hopping the wheels from launch and on upshifts?

Is it best just to get out of it and let off? I've heard of guys breaking the rear from staying in it. I'm bone stock on street tires by the way.

Any help is appreciated.
