I have an 01 Z06 with CAI and 1 7/8 Headers with full exhaust. I cant decide what cam i want to go with from what i've seen texas speed has impressed me the most. Their MS4 cam is putting out 80 rwhp but is really bad in the lower rpm's for daily driving. They also have the Torquer v3 which doesn't produce as much power but is a better daily driver cam. Does anyone have these cams and can you give me numbers and your experience with them, or just any input at all would be great.

What are the specs on the Cams?

I was originally going to install the MS4 but talking to several tuners and manufactures I was told the duration is too high for a fly by wire setup in vette. I was directed to the TRAK Cam, that has a little more lift but less duration 231/234 .640/.590 112 LSA. Although I do not have LS6 heads my rwhp was 408 and 392 tq. Rest of mods are in my sig. I am sure in a Z06 this cam will work better. I was thoroughly impressed with the write up in gmhightech magazine on the MS4, but that was installed in a f-body without FBW.

Neither, I used a factory head gasket set, and LS2 heads (which are the same as the z06 heads). In effect, my car would be equal to a cam-only z06 with the heads I have.
