I was curious as which gen do you think is the most reliable. C 1 c 2 c 3 c 4 c5 or c6. Take into consideration thier age of course, mostly thinking of design and such. I know I had a c2 and it was pretty reliable. I had it back in the late 60's.. I now have a c4 its been pretty good so far. I don't have much miles concidering its age and I take care of it. Would love to hear your comments and reasons for which one you think was the most reliable vette generation.

As far as longevity and reliability go ... it has to be C6 it has the ability to run 200,000 miles or more with out rebuilding.

If you want to talk about quality and lack of defects I would pick the C1 less quality was expected the drive train was a proven trouble free drive train and there were no frillies to break she was a plan Jain no options car just about as simple as you could get and it had less metal parts to rust.
