I noticed today a lot of bullshit on the (otherwise ok) wikipedia corvette article. For example:

There are basically no new upgrades to the C6 Z06 for the 2008 year
Motor Trend recently published an article stating the super Corvette car will likely be labeled the Z07, and will be released in late 2008 for the last year of the C6 body style
According to several issues of Motor Trend magazine, a C7 Corvette will debut in the 2010 calendar year[citation needed].

In 2010 Chevrolet will start making seventh generation Corvettes known as the C7. The optional 505 hp on the ZO6 will become standard.[citation needed]

Accesories are to include carbon ceramic brakes, new supercharged engines, and a new suspension. The "SuperSport" version of the C7 is rumored to be mid-engined and use the LS9 engine.

Maybe someone who knows better should keep an eye on that article (because millions get their info from there).

Wikipedia is a strange beast. Its a great (large) source of information but since anyone can edit it you kinda have to watch it closely.

If you ever watch The Colbert report he has had many segments where he tells his viewers to go onto wikipedia and change the info. Its hilarious cause they actually do and its funny stupid stuff thats obviously wrong but it gets posted there.

Yup! I couldn't tell you how many times college professors preached NOT to use Wiki for research. It was hilarious.

Why waste time tracking Corvette information from some other internet sites when you can come here and get it all.

The entries will either be edited or removed. Wiki cleans out the entries on a regular basis.
