Anyone have Winter plans on mods or general maintenance? On my to do list:

Flush cooling system
Change diff and tranny fluids (Amsoil)
Serpentine belt and tensioner
Oil and filter change. Going to try Amsoil 0W30
Paint calipers
CAI
Plugs and wires

Not going to do much mod wise on this vette. She'll stay close to stock.

I'm thinking of a few things.
Have to change out the oil
looking at re-painting the calipers
want to put some headers on may be even an LS6 manifold, since my c5 is a 98.
A good detail would be in order

I`m gonna lower mine on stock bolts, put in some sound deadening, and dream about all the other stuff I can't afford yet. Oh and of course a full cleaning under the car, engine bay, and interior.

Texas Speed & Performance 402 LS2 forged short block, LG G5X3 or G5X4 cam, front brakes, full fluid flush, new valvesprings with Ti locks/retainers on the CNC LS1 heads I have, good detail, fixing the HVAC controller- damn invisable display....

that should be a good start considering I will be driving it every day and I will be gone from Jan-April at Ranger School

Good thing about being in the military. Being gone gives you a chance to save some $. Used to do that on every long deployment.

One of the most expensive mods that you pray you will never use.
